Apply beginning in November 2023
The application window for ELC 2024 will begin in November 2023. Students are asked to complete a simple online application and submit a recommendation from a teacher, advisor, or school administrator.
Applications will be reviewed by the ELC Steering Committee. Students will be notified of decisions at least 6-8 weeks prior to the conference in order to make plans for any school absences or other conflicts.
Students will be asked to provide the following in their application:

- Email address
- Medical information (prescriptions, allergies, etc.)
- Interact Club*
- Friend in Rotary*
PARENT/GUARDIAN INFORMATION
- Primary Parent/Guardian name & relationship
- SecondaryParent/Guardian name & relationship
- Parent(s)/Guardian(s) contact phone & email
ESSAY RESPONSES
- Why are you interested in applying to ELC?
